COVID-19 Shipping and Delivery Update

As all of our designs are made and shipped from India, we are taking extra care to sanitize our products and packaging at each and every stage. We manufacture our jewellery as soon as a customer place the order. Due to COVID-19 things are not in our control, such as government shipping delay. We’ll be updating you regularly with our shipping updates on email/Whatsapp. Rest-assured your package will be delivered to you without any issue.

INDIA

Our shipping charges may vary upon the location of the delivery. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. For a limited amount of pre-defined time, we shall offer ‘free-delivery’* in our offers and sales.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship all our International orders via DHL or USPS Priority All orders over $100 (USD) are applicable for free international shipping. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time.
All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.

For all domestic orders (with India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We will send you a tracking number of your order along with a link where you can check the status of your order once it has been dispatched by us.

RETURNS

We don’t have any return policy. But if any of the jewellery piece ordered is damaged (during transit) or a wrong design has been shipped, then within one week of delivery time it can get exchanged with a new piece of same or lesser value.
